Our story began in August 2024 at a retreat. What started as a chance meeting quickly became something neither of us expected. Not long after the retreat, Mike invited Nathen on a crabbing trip with friends. What was meant to be a simple three-day weekend on the water became the beginning of something much bigger.

As our connection grew, we created a life together filled with laughter, adventure, and the simple joys of everyday moments. We welcomed Gus into our family and found joy in transforming our home and yard into a place that reflects who we are.

One of our favorite hobbies is working on our home and yard together. We enjoy creating inviting outdoor spaces, planting gardens, and making memories with Gus, our friends, and our family.

Exactly one year after we met, Nathen proposed to Mike at the very same retreat where our story began. Coincidentally, we had already planned a trip to the San Juan Islands for the following week. While the trip itself wasn't a surprise, it became the perfect opportunity to celebrate such a meaningful milestone together.

Since then, we've continued making memories through travel, long drives, exploring new places, and simply enjoying quiet evenings at home. Together, we've found happiness in both the extraordinary moments and the everyday ones, building a partnership rooted in love, trust, laughter, and mutual support.
